Jessica has been in healthcare for 16 years, having spent majority of her career in operations and leadership. She has managed upwards of 500 employees at one time, built numerous departments, and launched businesses into multiple states on the west coast.
She evaluates processes and workflows with a keen eye and passion for improvement. There is no chaos too messy for this gal!
When she does take time to be with her family, she enjoys hiking, off-roading, riding her Harley, and shopping with her teenage daughters.
